Ashi Anand Charitable Trust was constituted by Anand family in the every lasting memory of Late Ashi Anand who died in a very tragic motor vehicle accident on 30th January, 1983. Ashi Anand was the son of Sh N.K Anand of Kapurthala. Sh N.K Anand allowed the use of the present school building and the land adjoining to it to the Ashi Anand Charitable Trust for 30 years.

Mr Naresh Kumar Anand Founder of Anand Public Ser Sec School and a successful Entrepreneur passed away on 18th July, 2014. He was born on 11September, 1939 in village Shekhupur, Punjab. His father Mr ML Anand was his inspiration for his life. After completing his higher education he started helping his father in his business.
Anand Education Trust with the aim of providing quality education to the students is giving its services to the society for last 27 years, as it established its School Anand Public Ser Sec School in 1989 and to extend its services Anand Education Trust opened Anand College of Engineering and Management in 2010.

Anand educational trust was established by Anand Family in the ever lasting memory of Late Sh. Ashi Anand. The Anand Educational Trust is in education field since 1989.

There was a great demand of parents/transferable Central Govt. Employees for opening a Public School affiliated with the central board of secondary education (C.B.S.E) in order to meet this persistent demand of the parents Ashi Anand Trust opened this school in Kapurthala on 9th April 1990 with a very small number of 35 students in class 1st.
